Founding Director Craig (Craig Stewart Thomas) has had the privilege of collaborating with and learning from influential mentors who have shared invaluable insights into our world. This experience has inspired him to advocate safe working and living environments while understanding the diverse perspectives of those we serve.

Ka mahuta a Matariki i te pae, ka mahuta ō tātou tūmanako ki te tau, when Matariki rises above the horizon, our aspirations rise to the year ahead.
As we celebrate the Māori new year here in Aotearoa New Zealand, Craig and I took time down at the river in the dark this morning for many reasons. One being our wellbeing and connection to the environment/river, it is absolutely the best way to start the day! Secondly to catch a feed from the star Waitī, the star associated with freshwater harvesting, and thirdly to reflect on our past and plan for the coming days, weeks, months and year ahead. Fishing for rainbow and brown trout is something Craig and I love to do together and I am very grateful to him for teaching me how to fly fish and to fish in the same spot as my koro (grand father) once did. We are thankful to our family, friends, partners and clients who continue to support us, we wish you all a safe and happy year ahead.
